Upcoming MAC Collections

I was crazy excited for Hello Kitty, but I'm not so sure anymore. The lip colors are really bold, like the hot pink & bright orange. As pretty as they are, I don't think I would get much use out of them. The bright pink blush reminds me of Dollymix, which I already have. The colors in the eye palettes don't scream, "BUY ME!" either, haha. I'll probably just get something for the packaging. But there are other collections coming out that I'm more excited for.

CREAMTEAM [February 05, 2009]
I only have 1 Cream Sheen lipstick, but I love the pigmentation and texture of it. The glosses look really pretty. The colors seem very neutral, shades that can be worn on a daily basis. And they're not full of shimmer or glitter, which is nice sometimes. [pictures from temptalia.com]

I went to MAC today, woohoo. I asked the MA about their B2M policy, and she said they'll take the eyeshadow pots without the pans. Yay! So I'll be bringing in my depotted shadows in sometime. Here's my BBR haul and some swatches.

Cut Crease & Green Warm Eyes

For this look, I used the warm eyes palette from the holiday collection. I wore this look when I went to the mall. I stopped by the MAC counter to look around, and two of the MA's said they liked my makeup. I was so happy, haha.

Holiday Haul... Haul-iday?

I went back to Jersey for a week and a half to spend the holidays with my family. I think I've gotten used to the warm west coast weather, cause I was freezing my butt off over there. Here's the makeup that I got for Christmas.. and don't worry, this isn't all from one person. I have four older sisters who feed my makeup addiction on Christmas and my birthday.
